I have pitched, sold, developed, written scripts and treatments for film and TV projects for Fox, MTV, Comedy Central, HBO, Oxygen, Disney and others. I was the founding producer and ‘Co-creator’ of the seminal comedy show "Uncabaret" where Comedy storytelling became an art practiced by a who's who of alternative comedy geniuses including Judd Apatow, Patton Oswalt, Margaret Cho, Bob Odenkirk, David Cross, Julia Sweeney, Laura Kightlinger, Jeff Garlin, Michael Patrick King, Larry Charles, Taylor Negron and many others. As a coach and teacher, I have worked with best-selling authors, network TV showrunners, produced screenwriters and absolute beginners in private workshops, one-on-one coaching, at UCLA Extension, Humber College, the Skirball Center, LA Gay & Lesbian Center, LA Times Festival of Books, Story Expo and others.
